400;\">The project \u00ab <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Promoting agricultural practices that contribute to sustainable food systems<\/strong><\/span> \u00bb aims to strengthen food security and promote agroecology in five provinces of the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Democratic Republic of Congo (Kasa\u00ef-Oriental, Lomami, Sud-Ubangi, Sud-Kivu and Tshopo).<\/strong><\/span> In collaboration with <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Enabel and Humundi<\/strong><\/span>, it falls within the framework of Pillar 3 of the bilateral cooperation portfolio <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>DRC-Belgium (2023-2027)<\/strong><\/span>, emphasizing sustainable and economically viable agriculture to address climate and social challenges. Activities include the production of multimedia content. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>(6 documentary films and 6 podcasts in 3 local languages)<\/strong><\/span>, campaigns of<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">raising awareness via <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>50 screenings and discussions, and the AlimenTerre Festival<\/strong><\/span>, as well as targeted advocacy actions to influence decision-makers and support the agroecological transition.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fec7088 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"fec7088\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Through an inclusive and participatory approach, the project raises awareness directly and indirectly <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>50,000 people, promotes 12 agroecological practices, and mobilizes farmers' federations representing 500,000 members of the National Confederation of Agricultural Producers of Congo (CONAPAC)<\/strong><\/span>.
